Job summary

Advancio, Inc. is seeking a data engineering professional to move and transform data across a legacy-to-modern landscape, building pipelines in Azure Data Factory and Databricks while supporting Oracle and SQL Server environments.

You will profile, cleanse, transform, validate, and load data from legacy sources into target solutions. You will design Power BI dashboards and paginated reports, implement data mapping and crosswalk analysis, and ensure governance and compliance through

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in CS, IS, Data Science, or related field.
• 5+ years in Power BI and Azure environments or 3+ years in data mapping and validation during conversion.
• Experience with legacy/mainframe data formats, ETL and data reconciliation.

Responsibilities

• Profile, cleanse, transform, validate, and load data from legacy systems into target solutions
• Support data mapping and crosswalk analysis across organizations and vendors
• Design and develop Power BI dashboards, paginated reports, and row/object-level security
• Build and support Azure Data Factory / Databricks data pipelines and data warehouse solutions
• Develop and tune Oracle PL/SQL and SQL Server queries, stored procedures, and jobs
• Support data loading and integrations using REST APIs and EPM Automate
• Document extraction logic, validation rules, and data-retention/compliance requirements
• Facilitate knowledge transfer so business users can work independently with converted data
