We are seeking a Senior Data Engineer II to play a pivotal role in building and advancing Axon’s Corporate Data Platform — a best-in-class, cloud-native data warehouse that serves as the foundation for enterprise reporting, business self-service analytics, and our growing Connected Intelligence initiatives. In this hands on senior individual contributor role, you will design, implement, and optimize modern data solutions across Snowflake, dbt, Fivetran, Elementary, Sigma, and the broader data engineering ecosystem.
You’ll serve as a technical anchor for the team, helping shape platform architecture, raise engineering standards, and build trusted, AI-ready data infrastructure that drives business decisions across Axon. This role offers significant influence, visibility, and career growth for a senior engineer who wants to deepen their technical leadership while helping define what modern data engineering looks like at scale.
Location: This role follows a hybrid schedule and is based out of one of our U.S. office hubs. We rely on in-person collaboration and ask that team members work onsite Tuesdays through Fridays, with the flexibility to work remotely on Mondays, unless there is an approved workplace accommodation.
