Job summary

Techoauth Solutions LLC is seeking a Senior Data Engineer to design and maintain scalable data pipelines supporting AI-driven analytics and data platforms. You will work closely with engineering and analytics teams to ensure reliable, secure, and high-performance data systems.

The role involves building ETL/ELT pipelines with Python, optimizing PostgreSQL data models, and managing data workflows using Dagster, Airflow, DBT, or AWS Glue.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in CS, data engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience building production data pipelines.
• Strong SQL skills with PostgreSQL or similar databases.
• Experience with Python and data processing frameworks.
• Experience with ETL/ELT tools such as DBT, Dagster, Airflow, or AWS Glue.
• Knowledge of AWS cloud services.
• Experience with GitHub and CI/CD workflows.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Healthcare data or HIPAA experience is a plus.
• Experience with AI or ML data platforms is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Design and build scalable ETL/ELT pipelines using Python and modern data tools.
• Develop and optimize data models using PostgreSQL.
• Write efficient SQL queries and improve data performance.
• Manage data workflows using Dagster, Airflow, DBT, or AWS Glue.
• Monitor pipeline health and troubleshoot data issues.
• Work with AWS services such as Athena, Glue, SQS, SNS, IAM, and CloudWatch.
• Maintain data quality, governance, and security standards.
• Document data pipelines, workflows, and system architecture.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and mentor junior engineers.
