PANTHERx Rare Pharmacy is seeking an experienced Senior Data Engineer to own and evolve the enterprise data warehouse on the Databricks platform. You will manage ingestion patterns from Bronze to Gold, ensure data quality, and drive scalable, low-latency pipelines in a medallion architecture.

The role emphasizes collaboration with QA, Governance, and Analytics teams, plus mentoring Data Engineers as the team grows.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of progressive data engineering experience with EDW ownership.
• Deep hands-on Databricks experience in production environments.
• Strong SQL, PySpark and Python proficiency for complex transforms.
• Experience with Azure data services and CI/CD practices.

Responsibilities

• Designs, builds, and operates enterprise data warehouse pipelines in Databricks medallion architecture.
• Owns data models, ingestion SLAs, and incident response for EDW domains.
• Documents architecture decisions and maintains runbooks for reliability.
• Mentors engineers and enforces code quality and governance standards.
