Job summary

Osavul, Inc. is seeking a Senior Data Engineer to own the data architecture behind our intelligence platform, spanning production data infrastructure and multimodal data workflows.

We work with text, social media, geospatial, and time-series data at scale. You will shape how entities and relationships are modeled across map, graph, and temporal views, drive the knowledge graph layer, and evaluate technologies for geospatial and graph workloads while owning end-to-end pipelines.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience building data systems for geospatial data, graph data, or knowledge graphs.
• Experience with GIS tooling (PostGIS), graph databases (Neo4j, TigerGraph), or modelling graph data on relational/columnar storage.
• Strong architectural thinking to justify technology choices, run experiments and adapt based on results.
• Proven experience moving and processing data at large scale with resumable, idempotent pipelines.
• Experience with data infrastructure below the managed layer, not just SaaS.

Responsibilities

• Extract entities and relationships from text, social media, geospatial, and time-series data across map/graph/temporal representations.
• Evolve the knowledge graph layer for analytics, visualization, and AI agents.
• Evaluate and prototype technologies for geospatial and graph workloads at scale.
