Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree; Master’s preferred.
• 10+ years of industry experience delivering scalable financial services.
• Expertise in building scalable REST APIs with PostgreSQL; proficient in Python, Golang, Scala, or NodeJS.
• Hands-on experience with ETL/ELT pipelines using Databricks and dbt for large Delta Lake/Apache Iceberg data.
• Cloud infrastructure knowledge (AWS/GCP/Azure) and container tech (Docker, Kubernetes).

Responsibilities

• Architect event-driven pipelines (Kafka) and new data models ensuring transactional integrity for invoices, payments, and adjustments.
• Automate scalable ETL processes and refactor data architectures for quality, security and coverage.
• Collaborate across teams to codify business processes into self-measuring systems and ensure reliability of financial operations.
