Toyota Motor Sales, USA, Inc. Company is seeking Senior Data Engineers to join the Digital Innovations supply chain team in Plano, TX. You will design and maintain scalable data pipelines and partner with product owners to deliver data-driven solutions.

You will apply modern data technologies, ensure data quality, and collaborate across fusion teams to meet security, performance, and scalability goals. The role emphasizes AI-assisted development and fast prototyping.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on experience with modern data technologies and architectures.
• 5+ years of end-to-end data engineering pipelines to support analytics.
• 3+ years ETL pipelines, Python, and SQL.
• Strong experience with PySpark/Scala-Spark, Databricks, and AWS ecosystem.
• Proficiency with cloud-based big data tech (AWS EMR, Redshift, S3) and orchestration tools (Airflow / Step Functions).
• Hands-on code reviews, design, and CI/CD practices.
• Experience with monitoring/logging tools (Datadog, CloudWatch, Grafana).
• Experience provisioning AWS services with Terraform and CloudFormation.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain scalable data pipelines aligned with enterprise standards.
• Develop ETL processes to move data from sources into product datastores.
• Collaborate with product owners to refine requirements and acceptance criteria.
• Implement data quality checks and validate datasets for accuracy.
• Troubleshoot data issues and ensure reliable, secure data flows.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to integrate data solutions into products.
• Apply DevOps and CI/CD practices to data pipelines and governance.
