Job summary

CVP seeks a Senior Data Engineer to lead federal client delivery, architect data solutions, and drive high-visibility initiatives. You will manage relationships with government clients and partner firms while shaping data architectures using Power BI, Tableau, SQL Server, and Access.

A strong background in data governance and leadership is essential. You will produce technical reports and dashboards, mentor analysts, and guide data quality improvements across complex datasets.

Qualifications

• Master's degree or higher in a technical field.
• 10+ years of professional experience in data engineering.
• Experience delivering for federal clients is preferred.
• Proven ability to manage data projects and leadership.

Responsibilities

• Provide delivery leadership and manage client relationships.
• Develop and maintain database solutions using SQL Server and Access.
• Create technical reports and dashboards with Power BI/Tableau.
• Coordinate with partners and subcontractors to meet contract objectives.
• Identify data quality issues and guide corrective actions with analysts.
