Job summary

Quento Technologies seeks a highly motivated Senior Data Engineer (ETL) to lead cloud data integration and migration initiatives. You will design ETL/ELT pipelines, develop Python scripts, and modernize SAS workflows while collaborating with stakeholders.

This offsite, remote role requires six years of data engineering experience, strong SQL knowledge, and English fluency. You’ll work within the Qualco Group framework to deliver scalable data platforms across partnerships and ensure regulatory

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in CS/Engineering/Data Science or related field.
• Minimum six years of professional data engineering experience.
• Strong Python programming skills including ETL/ELT design.
• Strong SQL knowledge and experience with relational databases.
• Experience migrating legacy data to cloud platforms.
• Familiarity with Git and version control.

Responsibilities

• Migrate legacy data collection and databases to cloud-based platforms.
• Design, develop, and maintain ETL/ELT pipelines.
• Develop Python scripts for data extraction, transformation, and migration.
• Modernize SAS-based data processing workflows.
• Consolidate data from multiple sources into unified datasets.
• Ensure data quality and perform testing.
• Document work and collaborate with stakeholders.
