Your Impact

As a key member of McKinsey’s Ethics and Compliance (E&C) Data & Insights team, you will work closely with program leaders to understand their needs and challenges, designing, creating and managing data engineering solutions that support the firm’s ethics and compliance objectives.

In this role, you will oversee the creation of scalable data pipelines, data models, and analytics frameworks that enable the collection, integration, and analysis of large datasets from multiple sources. Your work will help ensure ethical and compliant decision-making by providing insights that enhance operational integrity, strengthen regulatory adherence, and mitigate risks. By transforming raw data into meaningful insights, you will empower teams to make informed, principled choices that uphold the organization’s values and protect its reputation.
