Job summary

You will design, build, and optimize SQL-based databases, ETL/ELT pipelines, and data models while collaborating with analytics, architecture, and infrastructure teams.

The role requires strong SQL skills, data warehousing knowledge, and experience with both cloud and on-premises environments.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Database Engineering or Data Engineering.
• Strong experience with relational databases: Oracle, SQL Server, PostgreSQL, MySQL.
• Strong SQL development and query optimization skills.
• Hands-on data modeling and database design experience.
• Experience developing and supporting ETL/ELT pipelines.
• Knowledge of data warehousing and dimensional modeling.
• Ability to work in Agile development environments.

Responsibilities

• Consult on large-scale database and data engineering initiatives with significant business impact.
• Design, develop, implement, and support enterprise-grade database solutions.
• Build and maintain scalable ETL/ELT pipelines and data integration frameworks.
• Analyze and resolve complex database and data engineering issues.
• Perform database performance tuning, including query optimization, indexing, and partitioning.
• Design and maintain logical and physical data models to support business needs.
