Job summary

Stellix is seeking a Senior Data Engineer to own and build the Enterprise Data Platform (EDP) for analytics and insights across the organization. Work with Snowflake, dbt, Fivetran, Airflow, and Power BI in AWS to deliver trusted data and actionable insights enterprise-wide.

You’ll lead architecture decisions, drive best practices, and guide data engineering initiatives with strong cross-functional collaboration. A clear growth path to Principal Engineer or Data Architect awaits based on impact.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of Data Engineering experience, with at least 3 years in modern cloud/data stack.
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, data science, software engineering, information systems, or related quantitative field; master’s degree preferred.
• Experience designing and implementing enterprise scale data platforms.
• Strong communication skills and ownership mindset.

Responsibilities

• Platform & Architecture: scope, architect, design, and develop data engineering solutions; model data; own data platform.
• Pipeline Development & Data Integration: build scalable data pipelines with dbt, Fivetran, Airflow; integrate diverse sources.
• Collaboration & Data Quality: collaborate across teams; implement data quality frameworks and tests.
• Technology Best Practices & Innovation: define enterprise data engineering standards; adopt new technologies.
