Qualifications

• 5–10 years of Data Engineering experience delivering production-grade solutions.
• 5+ years IT experience with Python for data processing and automation.
• Hands-on Databricks experience and modern data engineering practices.
• Strong ETL/ELT and SQL skills for data transformation and validation.
• 7+ years Azure Data Factory or equivalent orchestration experience.
• Experience with Salesforce data integration.
• Knowledge of Data Modeling for analytics and finance.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain production-grade data pipelines.
• Implement Medallion Architecture (Bronze, Silver, Gold) and data products.
• Develop scalable data engineering solutions using Databricks, Python, SQL, Azure Data Factory.
• Collaborate with analysts, data scientists, product managers, and stakeholders to translate requirements.
• Implement field-level transformations, data quality checks, and validation per product requirements.
• Document data pipelines, transformation logic, data models, and business rules.
