Job summary

PNC is seeking a Sr Data Engineer within its Asset Management group, based in Pittsburgh, PA; Birmingham, AL; Cleveland, OH; or Dallas, TX. The role focuses on building data warehouse solutions, governance, and data migrations to support multiple applications and regulatory requirements.

Qualified candidates will have extensive experience in data warehousing, SQL, data modeling, and metadata management, with a collaborative mindset for cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of data engineering experience.
• Strong SQL and data warehousing skills.
• Experience with data governance and metadata management.
• Bachelor's degree required.

Responsibilities

• Leads design and implementation of data warehouse solutions and pipelines.
• Supports governance, quality, lineage and compliance efforts.
• Creates and maintains source-to-target mappings and SCD models.
• Collaborates with engineers, BSA's, QE and reporting teams.
• Mentors on data migration, modernization and code reviews.
