Job summary

Sensor Tower is seeking a Senior Data Engineer to build and scale our data products. You will own end-to-end data processes, collaborating with product managers and data scientists to deliver impactful insights for mobile apps, advertising, and gaming ecosystems.

You will work within a global engineering team, leveraging Spark, Python, AWS, Databricks, and modern data tooling to drive scalable data solutions and ML-driven analytics.

Qualifications

• 5+ years experience in data modeling and data analysis.
• 2+ years with Spark, Python, HDFS, Databricks, AWS, PostgreSQL, MongoDB and Airflow.
• Experience with Pandas/Sklearn is a plus.
• Background in data mining and machine learning is a plus.
• Solid understanding of the software development lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Own data product lifecycle from understanding to delivery.
• Align technical solutions with business needs.
• Coordinate across teams to meet evolving requirements.
• Develop data programs using PySpark with ownership of mining/processing challenges.
• Conduct code reviews and contribute to design and architecture.
• Collaborate with product managers and data scientists to deliver impactful data products.
• Explore and evaluate new data ecosystem technologies.
