Job summary

Boldr is seeking a Senior Data Analytics Engineer to lead data infrastructure design, implementation, and optimization. You will build scalable ETL pipelines, integrate diverse datasets, and deliver secure, high-quality data for advanced analytics and Power BI dashboards.

In this role you will define best practices for data integration, governance, and platform adoption across hybrid environments, and mentor teammates while collaborating with Product and Engineering to enhance the Boldr data

Qualifications

• BS degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field.
• 3+ years in a technical role handling large data sets (ETL, data warehousing, analytics).
• 6+ years in a client-facing role as point of contact for technical users.
• Experience with SQL Server, ETL pipelines, and data engineering in hybrid environments.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Fabric (Lakehouse/Data Pipelines/Data Engineering).
• Familiarity with Python and SQL for data processing; proficient Power BI skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, development, and optimization of ETL/data pipelines across platforms.
• Define best practices for data integration, transformation, security, and governance.
• Manage data migrations, archival processes, and cross-system integrations.
• Create advanced data visualizations and dashboards to support insights.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define data requirements and deliver solutions.
• Configure platform components and features for new and existing clients.
• Set up unified data models across disparate sources for consistency.
• Engage with customers to gather requirements and provide hands-on support.
• Troubleshoot issues and continuously improve system performance and reliability.
• Develop automated solutions addressing recurring issues and improve internal tools.
• Maintain documentation and build knowledge bases for configurations and workflows.
• Mentor team members and promote best practices across the org.
• Provide feedback to Product/Engineering to enhance the platform and customer experience.
• Promote Boldr values through cross-team collaboration and integrity.
