Job summary

CoreWeave is seeking a Senior Data Engineer to own the data lake and analytics stack powering observability for our global hardware fleet. You will maintain Iceberg, Trino, Airflow, Spark, and Superset, and build robust ETL pipelines and executive-ready reports.

You’ll create data models, dashboards, and documentation, ensure governance, and partner with product and finance to translate questions into actionable insights. This on-site role is in Sunnyvale, CA.

Qualifications

• 4–7 years of data engineering experience in fast-paced environments.
• Strong SQL, data modeling, and pipeline design skills.
• Hands-on with Airflow, Spark, and data lakehouse concepts.
• Experience with cloud data services and distributed SQL engines.

Responsibilities

• Own and evolve the data lake and analytics stack for observability.
• Design, monitor, and upgrade ETL/ELT pipelines for reliability.
• Create dashboards and visualizations for leadership and teams.
• Develop data models and data products for analytics needs.
• Document pipelines, governance, and usage patterns; drive data quality.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate data into applications.
