Raas Infotek LTD is seeking an experienced Senior Data Engineer to design, develop and maintain scalable data pipelines and data platforms. The role focuses on cloud technologies, ETL/ELT, data warehousing and big data tools. 13+ years of related experience is expected.

The ideal candidate will work with cross-functional teams to ensure data quality, security and reliable operations across cloud environments (AWS/Azure/GCP) and modern data platforms.

Formación

• 13+ years of experience in Data Engineering or related roles.
• Proficiency in Python, Java, or Scala.
• Strong SQL and database development experience.
• Hands-on with ETL/ELT tools and data integration.
• Experience with Spark, Hadoop, Kafka or similar big data tech.
• Cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure or GCP.
• Experience with Snowflake, Databricks, BigQuery or Redshift.
• Data warehousing and data modeling expertise.
• Knowledge of Airflow, Databricks or other workflow tools.
• Git, CI/CD and DevOps practices.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Design, develop and maintain scalable data pipelines and ETL/ELT processes.
• Build and optimize data warehouses, data lakes and data processing solutions.
• Work with large datasets from multiple sources.
• Develop efficient data integration and transformation processes.
• Collaborate with Data Scientists, Data Analysts, Software Engineers and business teams.
• Ensure data quality, accuracy, security and reliability.
• Optimize data pipelines and database performance.
• Troubleshoot data processing and integration issues.
• Implement data engineering best practices and maintain documentation.
• Participate in architecture, design, development, testing and deployment activities.
• Support cloud-based data migration and modernization initiatives.
