Job summary

Stryker is seeking a Senior Data Engineer to join the Customer Intelligence Data Engineering team. You will lead tactical project execution, help gather requirements for data transformations, and develop ETL pipelines and data dictionaries.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, communicate findings to stakeholders, and contribute to data quality, performance, and automation initiatives. This role focuses on data engineering within a large healthcare technology company.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of professional experience in data engineering or related disciplines.
• Experience building data pipelines and cloud-based data solutions.
• Proficiency in Python, SQL, or Spark.

Responsibilities

• Translate business and stakeholder needs into scalable data engineering and data science solutions.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to understand requirements, prioritize opportunities, and deliver data-driven outcomes.
• Communicate technical concepts, project updates, and analytical findings to stakeholders through presentations and reports.

• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives focused on data quality, performance, scalability, and automation.
