What You’ll Do

• Collaborate with Agile teams to design, develop, test, implement, and support full-stack technical solutions.
• Work with experienced developers in machine learning, microservices, and full-stack systems.
• Utilize programming languages such as Java, Scala, Python, and open-source RDBMS and NoSQL databases; work with cloud data warehousing services like Databricks and Snowflake.
• Stay updated on tech trends, experiment with new technologies, participate in tech communities, and mentor others.
• Partner with digital product managers to deliver robust cloud-based solutions that empower millions of Americans financially.
• Conduct unit testing and code reviews to ensure high-quality, efficient, and well-designed code.

Basic Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree
• At least 3 years of application development experience (internships excluded)
• At least 1 year of experience with big data technologies

Preferred Qualifications

• 5+ years of application development experience with Python, SQL, Scala, or Java
• 2+ years of experience with public cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)
• 3+ years with distributed data/computing tools (MapReduce, Hadoop, Hive, EMR, Kafka, Spark, Gurobi, MySQL)
• 2+ years working on real-time streaming applications
• 2+ years with NoSQL databases (MongoDB, Cassandra)
• 2+ years with data warehousing (Databricks, Snowflake)
• 3+ years of UNIX/Linux experience including commands and scripting
• 2+ years practicing Agile engineering
