Visa is seeking a Sr. Data Engineer to collaborate with product teams, cybersecurity, and business partners to design and document data components and pipelines. You will implement code, perform security reviews, and own data products and pipelines, while ensuring data quality and governance.

Responsibilities include building tooling, automation, and orchestration for data processes, and participating in code reviews and testing. A strong focus on data security and scalable solutions is required.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of relevant work experience and a Bachelor's degree, OR 5+ years of relevant work experience.
• Ability to design and document data components and pipelines.
• Experience presenting technical solutions to peers and cross-functional teams.

Responsabilités

• Collaborate with product teams, business partners, and cybersecurity to clarify requirements.
• Review requirements and create component designs and documentation.
• Implement code, follow security practices, and participate in code reviews.
• Develop data products or pipeline components and take ownership.
• Create queries, orchestrate data processes, and ensure data quality.
