First American is seeking a Senior Data Engineer to advance our big data platforms and analytics capabilities. You will design scalable data pipelines, optimize data delivery, and collaborate with engineers, data scientists, and analysts to turn complex datasets into actionable insights.

You have strong SQL/T-SQL, ETL experience, and a solid foundation in data modeling, NoSQL databases, cloud tech, and Agile SDLC. This role emphasizes reliability, performance, and innovative data solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Experience with Agile SDLC methodologies.
• Strong SQL and T-SQL programming skills.
• Experience building data/ETL pipelines and data warehouses.
• Expertise in data modeling, maintenance, and performance tuning.
• Excellent analytics on large/complex data sets.
• Thorough data testing and validation for transformations.
• Proficient with modern cloud computing technologies.
