Sibitalent Corp is seeking a highly experienced Data Engineer for Charlotte, NC, on a hybrid contract basis. The role covers BFSI data processing and transaction support across core banking, digital banking, payments, and related financial platforms.

Mandatory expertise includes SQL, Python, ETL/ELT, and data warehousing concepts, with at least a decade in data engineering. Strong analytical skills and Agile experience are required for rapid, reliable delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or related field.
• 10+ years of experience in Data Engineering and Data Integration.
• Strong hands-on expertise with SQL, Python, ETL/ELT Development, and Data Warehousing Concepts.
• Experience building data transformation and enrichment pipelines.
• Knowledge of event-driven architectures and data processing frameworks.
• Experience implementing data quality and validation solutions.
• Experience working in Agile development environments.

Responsibilities

• Role focuses on BFSI data processing and transaction support for core banking, digital banking, payments, and related platforms.
