Ziosk is seeking a Senior Data Engineer to design and optimize a modern data platform from on-site Plano, TX. You will build scalable ETL/ELT pipelines using Azure Databricks, implement Delta Lake governance, and partner with data scientists, analysts, and cloud teams to deliver trusted datasets and KPIs.

Ideal candidates bring 5+ years in data engineering, 3+ years in Databricks and Spark, plus Python, SQL, and exposure to CI/CD in Databricks environments.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of data engineering experience.
• 3+ years with Azure Databricks and Spark (PySpark).
• Expertise in Delta Lake and Unity Catalog.
• Hands-on with Azure services: ADLS Gen2, Event Hub, ADF, Key Vault, Synapse.
• Strong Python, SQL, and familiarity with Scala.

Responsibilities
