Job Title: Senior Data Engineer

Location: East Hartford, Connecticut (Remote)

Job Description:

1. We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Data Engineer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be instrumental in designing, building, and maintaining robust and scalable data pipelines and solutions within the Microsoft Azure ecosystem.
2. You will be responsible for developing and optimizing ETL/ELT processes, ensuring data quality, and enabling efficient data access for analytics and business intelligence.
3. We are looking for a hands-on engineer who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about leveraging cutting-edge technologies.
4. Deep experience with data engineering, ETL, and ELT processes.
5. Proficiency with Azure Data Factory, including building datasets, data flows, and pipelines (not just maintaining existing ones).
6. Proficiency with Python and SQL.
7. Experience with Synapse DB, MongoDB, and Cosmos DB.
8. Azure cloud certifications and/or relevant past experience.
9. Experience with AKS (Azure Kubernetes Service) and ETL processes related to applications containerized and deployed on AKS (or EKS).
