McLane Company, Inc. is seeking a Senior Data Engineer to design, build, and maintain scalable data pipelines and integration solutions supporting analytics and cloud platforms.

The ideal candidate will have expertise in Python, SQL, RESTful APIs, and data governance, with experience creating robust data solutions in enterprise environments. This is a hybrid role requiring on-site work three days weekly near Temple, TX.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS, IS, Eng, Math, or similar field or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years in Data Engineering, Software Engineering, or related field.
• Strong Python and SQL skills for data pipelines and APIs.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain enterprise-grade data pipelines for analytics and operations.
• Create scalable microservices and RESTful APIs for data integration and ingestion.
• Develop and optimize ETL/ELT processes across enterprise systems.
• Ensure data quality, integrity, and governance throughout the lifecycle.
