You will collaborate across teams to design, develop, test, implement, and support full-stack data solutions, leveraging Python, Spark, Databricks, Snowflake, and distributed data systems. Strong DB, pipeline design, and data modeling experience required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science or related quantitative field
• 4+ years of experience in application development
• 2+ years of experience with distributed data and SQL
• 2+ years with one programming language: Python, Java, or Scala
• 2+ years designing and developing data pipelines
• 1+ year in data modeling and designing end-to-end data solutions using relational and non-relational databases

Responsibilities

• Collaborate across Agile teams to design, develop, test, implement, and support technical solutions
• Influence a team of developers, data analysts, and data scientists
• Use Python and Spark with Databricks and Snowflake
• Deliver AI-powered risk management solutions in collaboration with GRC and partners
• Build cloud-first data solutions that support financial empowerment experiences
• Independently design, build, and deliver cloud data solutions
• Architect and enforce shared data engineering design patterns across pipelines
• Design and build scalable, resilient data platforms and pipelines
• Implement data security standards (encryption, access control)
• Communicate data outcomes to stakeholders
• Stay current with data trends and mentor others
