Spear AI is seeking a senior data engineering leader to architect and implement enterprise data platforms across classified and unclassified environments. You will guide complex data integration, optimize high-volume pipelines, and mentor engineers while shaping data strategy and roadmaps in a mission-driven, growth-oriented setting.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of data engineering experience with increasing responsibility.
• Active TS/SCI clearance with ability to obtain CI Polygraph.
• Expertise in distributed computing frameworks and big data technologies.
• Advanced knowledge of database systems, data modeling, and performance optimization.
• Experience leading technical teams and mentoring junior engineers.
• Strong communication skills and ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Experience with classified environments preferred.
• AWS experience highly preferred but not required.
• Military experience strongly preferred.
