Stone Alliance Group seeks an experienced Data Engineer to join the Center for Data Analytics, Innovation, and Rigor in NYC. You will develop scalable pipelines and infrastructure for AI evaluation, using Python, SQL, GitHub, Docker/Kubernetes, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure).

Expect hybrid work with four days in the office weekly. Responsibilities include building pipelines for clinical and multimodal data, ensuring privacy, QA, visualization, and documentation to support research

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in data analysis and data science fundamentals (algorithms, data structures, data visualization, ML) in clinical/research settings.
• 5+ years of experience in at least one scientific programming language (Python/R, Matlab) and related toolboxes (e.g., Tidyverse, Scipy, Sklearn, Polars, PyTorch).
• 5+ years of Linux, GitHub, and Docker experience.
• 5+ years of ETL, SQL/NoSQL, and familiarity with AWS/Azure/Terraform.

Responsabilités

• Create and maintain scalable data pipelines for multimodal data including clinical and language data.
• Build data transformation, preprocessing, and data management pipelines with emphasis on quality and privacy compliance.
• Perform QA of pipelines to maintain data integrity across the lifecycle.
• Develop interactive visualizations and dashboards to communicate data insights and pipeline performance.
• Write documentation for scientific and clinical dissemination.
