Job summary

C4 Planning Solutions, LLC seeks a Senior Data Engineer to embed with Marine Corps Systems Command at Quantico. You will deliver AI-enabled data applications on Palantir Foundry, design data architectures, and integrate SharePoint/Graph APIs. Expect a hands-on role building pipelines, ontology, and production code in TypeScript, React, and Python.

Requires 5+ years, active Secret clearance, and CompTIA Security+ or ability to obtain. Hybrid onsite 2–3 days/week with DoD experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Active Secret clearance.
• Hands-on production Palantir Foundry experience: Pipeline Builder, code repositories, transforms, and ontology development.
• Strong application development ability in TypeScript, React, and Python.
• Real experience integrating external APIs and moving data between enterprise systems.
• You have shipped an AI or LLM-backed feature to actual users and handled it being wrong in production.
• Comfort with ambiguity; you’ve led projects where requirements were unclear and delivered usable scope.

Responsibilities

• Partner directly with the customer’s CIO staff to scope an AI capability for meeting minutes and schedule management.
• Design the underlying data architecture and models before building on top.
• Integrate Microsoft Graph API and SharePoint Online into Foundry.
• Build production pipelines and transforms in Foundry and develop ontology objects.
• Build and ship working applications in Foundry using TypeScript, React, and Python.
• Demo working software to government stakeholders and iterate based on feedback.
• Advise government leadership on data architecture, interoperability, and scalability.
