National Debt Relief seeks a Senior Data Engineer to shape the data platform architecture, reliability, and evolution across analytics and decision-making. The role focuses on Snowflake-based ingestion, orchestration, transformation, and analytics-ready models.

The candidate will own one or more data domains, drive AI-assisted development, production reliability, and cost-aware design, while mentoring engineers and advancing durable data solutions.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in data engineering, analytics engineering, or data warehouse development.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Experience building data pipelines and analytics data models.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end data domain architecture and reliability.
• Develop Python-based ingestion pipelines and API integrations.
• Design pipelines with dbt, Dagster, and Snowflake.
• Apply AI coding agents to improve workflows and guardrails.
• Establish data quality, monitoring, and fault-tolerant designs.
• Mentor engineers and lead design reviews.
