Originally a greenfield build, the platform is now a mature production system used across the business. The focus is expanding AI-driven capabilities using Snowflake Cortex and Snowflake Intelligence.

Qualifications

• Snowflake platform expertise including architecture and infrastructure.
• Hands-on Snowflake Cortex and Snowflake Intelligence experience is required.
• Strong Python engineering skills for APIs, integrations and messaging pipelines.

$150,000 + Bonus

We’re looking for a Senior Data Engineer to join a growing team building and evolving a Snowflake-based data platform that powers self-service BI and advanced analytics.

Originally a greenfield build, the platform is now a mature production system used across the business. The focus is now on expanding AI-driven capabilities using Snowflake Cortex and Snowflake Intelligence.

You’ll work closely with the Data Engineering Lead and a global engineering team to design, build, and improve the core data platform.

What you’ll be working on

• Developing and evolving a Snowflake data warehouse
• Building natural language querying capabilities using Snowflake Intelligence
• Leveraging Snowflake Cortex for AI-powered data applications
• Document AI for extracting financial data from K-1 documents
• Python-based data integrations, APIs, and messaging pipelines
• Production systems with active business users

Key requirements

• Strong Snowflake platform experience (architecture + infrastructure)
• Hands-on Snowflake Cortex and Snowflake Intelligence experience (must have)
• Strong Python engineering skills (APIs, integrations – not just scripting)
• Strong engineering mindset with ownership of production systems

• Experience working with distributed teams
