• Tune Collaboration caching so the company survives the Provo launch spike on the same hardware.
• Mentor junior engineers and contribute to a strong code-review culture.
• Respond to on-call rotations and participate in incident postmortems.
• Bridge A/B Testing and Collaboration so the two halves of the platform finally talk.
• Translate technology compliance rules into A/B Testing guardrails baked into the build.
