Tripoint Solutions is seeking a Senior Data Engineer to join our team.

Location REMOTE but DMV, (DC, Maryland, Virginia) residency is required for minor travel.

The successful candidate will be accountable to

• Designs and implements data architecture strategies that support USNCC analytics, student lifecycle tracking, and compliance.
• Builds and maintains ETL processes for ingesting, transforming, and validating data across systems.
• Collaborates with data stewards and analysts to ensure data accuracy (>98%), completeness, and timeliness.
• Develops and enforces data governance policies, metadata tagging, and access controls.
• Supports predictive analytics initiatives by delivering structured data pipelines and high-performance datasets.
  
  
  

Experience, Education & Training

• Required Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related technical field.
• At least 10 years of experience in data engineering, database administration, and business intelligence.
  
  

• Preferred Qualifications
• Expertise with AWS data services (Glue, Redshift, S3, Lake Formation).
• Experience with ETL tools, data governance frameworks, and machine learning pipeline support.
