Job summary

Precision Technologies is seeking a Senior Data Engineer with 10+ years of experience to design and build scalable data platforms using Microsoft Fabric, Azure Data Engineering, PySpark, SQL, and data warehousing.

You will develop ETL/ELT pipelines, optimize Spark jobs, implement data governance and security, collaborate with Data Scientists and BI teams, and help deliver analytics-ready datasets for enterprise analytics.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in data engineering, ETL/ELT, data pipelines, and data warehousing.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Fabric, including OneLake, Lakehouse, Data Factory, Dataflows Gen2, Notebooks, and Fabric Warehousing.
• Design and develop scalable ETL/ELT pipelines using Microsoft Fabric and Azure Data Factory.
• Strong expertise in Python, PySpark, Spark SQL, and T-SQL for large-scale data processing.

Responsibilities

• Build and optimize Lakehouse data models for enterprise analytics.
• Integrate data from APIs, databases, cloud platforms, files, and enterprise applications.
• Develop reusable data transformation frameworks and optimize Spark jobs and SQL queries.
• Collaborate with Data Architects, BI Developers, Data Scientists, and business teams.

• 10+ years of experience in Data Engineering, ETL/ELT, data pipelines, and data warehousing.
• Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Fabric, including OneLake, Lakehouse, Data Factory, Dataflows Gen2, Notebooks, and Fabric Warehousing.
• Design and develop scalable ETL/ELT pipelines using Microsoft Fabric and Azure Data Factory.
• Strong expertise in Python, PySpark, Spark SQL, and T-SQL for large-scale data processing.
• Build and optimize Lakehouse and dimensional data models for enterprise analytics.
• Experience integrating data from APIs, databases, cloud platforms, files, and enterprise applications.
• Strong knowledge of Azure Data Lake Storage Gen2, Azure Synapse, Azure SQL, and cloud data services.
• Implement data quality, validation, data governance, security, and performance optimization.
• Develop reusable data transformation frameworks and optimize Spark jobs and SQL queries.
• Experience with CI/CD, Git, Azure DevOps, and automated deployment of data solutions.
• Collaborate with Data Architects, BI Developers, Data Scientists, and business teams to deliver analytics-ready datasets.
• Troubleshoot pipeline failures, optimize workloads, and ensure reliable production data operations.
