Job summary

Rippling is seeking a skilled software engineer to join the Data Cloud Team in San Francisco. You will develop and improve backend and user-facing features across the stack, collaborating with PMs and designers to translate complex requirements into high-quality code.

You will move quickly, make informed decisions, and help shape a culture of excellence within the product and engineering teams, contributing to AI-enabled analytics and data infrastructure.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in a production environment using Python, Django, or related technologies.
• Frontend development experience with React or TypeScript.
• Strong CS fundamentals and algorithmic knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Develop and improve both product backend capabilities and user-facing features, working across the stack.
• Collaborate with PMs and designers to translate complex requirements into high-quality code.
