Job summary

QTS is seeking a Senior Operations Maintenance Planner to own end-to-end maintenance planning, scheduling integrity, and site readiness across assigned data center campuses. The role balances preventive maintenance with vendor capacity and uptime protection.

You will enforce planning discipline, manage backlog, and coordinate with internal teams and third‑party contractors to ensure safe, predictable operations with measurable readiness.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Engineering or similar discipline or equivalent professional experience.
• 3+ years' experience in data center, mission critical environment, or maintenance.
• Travel up to 10%.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute site maintenance calendars, sequencing and prioritization.
• Own maintenance demands across buildings and systems and ensure uptime goals.
• Govern spare parts inventory and coordinate replenishment when needed.
• Plan annual site drills, coordinate across buildings and ensure readiness.
• Escalate risks and ensure vendor adherence to schedules and scope.
