Job summary

NuAxis is seeking a Data Center Technician III for a full-time role in Albuquerque, NM. This senior technician will support critical infrastructure and mentor junior staff, ensuring reliable data center operations and contributing to hardware lifecycle activities.

You will create technical documentation, work with IT teams, and apply strong customer service and communication skills to assist internal clients and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Associate’s Degree or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years data center or IT infrastructure support experience.
• Experience with data center infrastructure and support systems.
• Ability to work independently and create technical documentation.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Basic cybersecurity knowledge (phishing, smishing, vishing).
• Knowledge of power, cooling, and hardware lifecycle management.
