Job summary

ADB Companies, LLC is seeking a Level III Technician to provide advanced support on data center projects nationwide, leading installation of servers and networking gear in fast-paced facilities.

The role requires 3–7+ years of cabling experience, OSHA certifications (preferred), and a strong safety mindset. Expect extensive travel, on-site work, and collaboration with power/field teams to deliver quality results.

Qualifications

• 3-7+ years of cable installation and/or splicing experience.
• OSHA 10 certification preferred (ability to obtain upon hire).
• OSHA 30 certification strongly preferred.
• Bucket truck certification preferred (ability to obtain upon hire).
• DOT medical card required.
• Valid driver license with clear driving record required.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Lead installation of servers and networking equipment in data centers nationwide.
• Perform complex cable installation and splicing in various environments.
• Operate splicing and testing equipment and interpret results for reporting.
• Maintain inventory and document progress using Smart Sheets or Excel trackers.
• Collaborate with DC power technicians and safety staff to meet project goals.
