Job summary

CBRE is seeking a Data Center Senior Technician to perform preventative maintenance and complex repairs within a Data Center operation. This role is part of the Critical and Technical Services function and supports client environments with technical maintenance services.

The position requires responding to BMS alarms, coordinating with vendors, and ensuring safety and regulatory standards are met. A high school diploma or equivalent is required, with 1–2 years of related experience.

Qualifications

• Requires High School Diploma, GED, or trade school diploma with 1–2 years of related experience.
• In lieu of a diploma, combination of experience and education will be considered.
• Strong organizational and analytical abilities are essential.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventative maintenance and complex corrective repairs in a Data Center environment.
• Monitor and manage site inspections of Mechanical & Engineering systems and equipment.
• Respond to Building Management System alarms and perform emergency repairs as needed.
