Job summary

Actalent is seeking an on-site Scheduler for our Atlanta project sites to lead CPM scheduling using Primavera P6 from proposal to completion. You will coordinate with project teams, subcontractors, and owners to maintain critical-path schedules and manage changes.

The role requires 5+ years in construction scheduling, advanced Primavera P6 skills, and strong communication. Travel to multiple project sites nationwide is expected, with a fully onsite work model in Atlanta, GA.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of construction scheduling experience.
• Advanced Primavera P6 proficiency.
• Strong understanding of CPM scheduling and project controls.
• Experience with delay analysis and change management.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain CPM schedules using Primavera P6 from proposal through project completion.
• Analyze project progress, identify risks and delays, and develop recovery plans.
• Support Pull Planning, Lean construction efforts, and schedule impact analysis.
• Collaborate with project managers, field teams, clients, and trade partners to keep projects on track.
• Conduct site visits and provide schedule reporting, forecasting, and change management support.
• Mentor junior schedulers and contribute to company scheduling standards and best practices.
