Job summary

Actalent in Atlanta, GA is seeking a Scheduler to support large-scale construction projects, including mission-critical and data center facilities. You will develop and maintain project schedules using Primavera P6, partnering with project managers, field teams, and stakeholders to drive successful execution from planning through completion.

Ideal candidates have 3–5 years of scheduling experience and strong CPM knowledge, with proficiency in MS Office.

Qualifications

3–5 years of construction scheduling experience.
Proficiency with Primavera P6 and Microsoft Office.
Knowledge of CPM scheduling, construction sequencing, and project controls.
Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
Strong communication, analytical, and organizational skills.
Experience supporting mission-critical, industrial, or data center projects is a plus.

Responsibilities

Develop, maintain, and analyze project schedules using Primavera P6.
Partner with project teams to track progress, identify risks, and develop solutions to keep projects on schedule.
Conduct regular site visits to evaluate project status and improve construction sequencing.
Prepare schedule updates, forecasts, and progress reports for project leadership.
Support Pull Planning, Lean construction initiatives, and project pursuit activities.
Collaborate with operations, project controls, and business development teams to support successful project delivery.
