Job summary

NorthStar Energy Solutions is seeking an experienced Safety Professional to lead day-to-day field safety on data center construction projects across Texas. You will partner with crews, foremen, and leadership to drive a proactive safety culture and ensure regulatory compliance.

The ideal candidate has 10+ years in construction, strong knowledge of electrical construction, OSHA training, and the ability to travel to active sites. Bilingual in English/Spanish is a plus.

Qualifications

• Must have 10+ years in construction
• Experience in electrical construction a plus
• OSHA safety training required

Responsibilities

• Conduct regular field safety visits on active data center sites
• Provide real-time safety guidance to crews and foremen
• Ensure compliance with OSHA, company policies, and client requirements
• Lead daily safety talks, tailgate sessions, and crew huddles
• Assist with incident response, investigations, and corrective actions
• Maintain safety documentation and project compliance records
• Collaborate with field leaders to sustain a proactive safety culture
