Job summary

Clear. is seeking an experienced Data Center Project Manager to lead complex data center programs across the United States, coordinating internal engineering teams with general contractors, consultants and vendors.

You will own projects from early planning and design coordination through construction, commissioning and handover, ensuring safety, on-time delivery and adherence to the highest technical standards while managing schedules, budgets and procurement.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of project management experience.
• Experience with General Contractor, Developer, Owner's Representative or Data Center Operator.
• Strong understanding of MEP systems and data center infrastructure.
• Experience delivering projects through construction and commissioning.
• Coordination of multiple contractors and technical stakeholders.
• Proficiency with Procore, Primavera P6, Bluebeam.
• Willingness to travel or relocate.

Responsibilities

• Lead data center projects from pre-construction through commissioning and handover.
• Manage project schedules, budgets, risks, change orders and milestones.
• Coordinate General Contractors, subcontractors, consultants and vendors.
• Drive design coordination across electrical, mechanical, controls and infrastructure packages.
• Monitor construction progress and resolve project-level issues.
• Lead project meetings and maintain clear communication across internal and external stakeholders.
• Track procurement, long-lead equipment and critical project dependencies.
• Coordinate commissioning activities and operational readiness.
• Identify project risks early and develop mitigation strategies.
• Maintain strong standards around safety, quality, schedule and cost.
