Job summary

TECfusions is building AI-ready data center infrastructure across a growing U.S. portfolio. The Senior Construction Manager represents the Owner, overseeing design, construction and commissioning from start to finish on redevelopment projects.

The role includes managing budgets, coordinating architects/engineers and general contractors, obtaining permits, and communicating project goals to contractors. Travel to sites is required as projects progress.

Qualifications

• Experience leading data center redevelopment projects from design through commissioning.
• Strong understanding of health and safety, sustainability and quality systems.
• Ability to coordinate architects, engineers and contractors to meet budget and schedule.

Responsibilities

• Act as on-site owner representative and main point of contact for projects.
• Develop budgets with the Commercial Director and monitor costs and changes.
• Lead project teams including architects, engineers, GC and vendors.
• Provide weekly updates on schedule, procurement, budget and risk.
• Ensure compliance with project policies and coordinate interfaces with stakeholders.
