Job summary

Intermountain Electric, Inc. (IME) is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead large-scale data center construction projects. You will oversee planning, budgeting, scheduling, and client relationships while guiding a team of project managers to deliver safe, high‑quality work.

The role emphasizes strategic planning, risk management, and collaboration with subcontractors and internal partners to meet milestones and ensure performance standards across multiple workstreams.

Qualifications

• Experience leading large-scale construction projects with financial oversight.
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and lead comprehensive project plans for complex data center projects.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams including subcontractors and internal partners.
• Monitor budgets, schedules, and risk; ensure safety, quality, and client satisfaction.
• Lead change management, client negotiations, and documentation throughout the project lifecycle.
• Mentor a team of Project Managers and promote a high-performance safety culture.
