Job summary

Arcadis is seeking an experienced Senior Project Architect to join our Industrial architecture team, focusing on data center and mission critical projects. You will oversee architectural design and technical development, ensuring quality, innovation, and functionality across all project phases.

You will lead teams, coordinate with clients and consultants, and ensure adherence to codes and schedule while delivering high-quality solutions for critical facilities.

Qualifications

• Professional degree in Architecture and an active architectural license.
• 8–10 years of experience with proven data center design and project delivery.
• Proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD with BIM coordination experience.
• Strong leadership and ability to guide teams through complex technical challenges.
• Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to high-quality architectural solutions.

Responsibilities

• Lead production and coordination of data center and mission critical drawings from Concept Design to Construction Documentation.
• Oversee development and integration of design solutions meeting codes, standards, and regulations.
• Manage multiple projects, providing technical guidance to junior staff and ensuring design intent and client objectives.
• Collaborate with clients, consultants, contractors, and internal teams to deliver projects smoothly.
• Monitor timelines, budgets, and deliverables to align with scope and performance goals.
