Arcadis in Los Angeles seeks an experienced Architect to join our Industrial architecture team for data center and mission critical projects. You will oversee the design development, ensuring quality, innovation and functionality across multiple project phases.

The role requires a professional degree in Architecture, an active license, and 3+ years in data center delivery, with strong Revit/AutoCAD BIM coordination and meticulous attention to detail.

Qualifications

• Professional degree in Architecture and an active architectural license.
• 3+ years of experience in data center design and project delivery.
• Proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD with BIM coordination experience.
• Strong knowledge of building codes, standards and technical detailing for industrial environments.
• Excellent attention to detail and clear communication in a collaborative team.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate production of technical drawings for data centers across all project phases.
• Develop design solutions compliant with codes, standards and regulations.
• Manage multiple projects, ensuring design intent and client objectives are met.
• Monitor timelines and deliverables in line with project scope and goals.
• Collaborate with clients, consultants, contractors and internal teams.
• Participate in design reviews, meetings and coordination sessions.
