TensorWave is seeking a DC Construction Sr. Project Manager to join our team in the United States during an exciting phase of growth. This role will oversee all phases of data center construction projects, managing the general contractor and ensuring adherence to budget and quality standards. The ideal candidate will have 10+ years of experience, including 5 years in data centers, and possess a degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or Architecture. Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience managing complex construction projects.
• Minimum of 5 years in data centers or mission-critical facilities.
• Deep understanding of commissioning processes.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all phases of major data center construction project.
• Manage General Contractor and ensure adherence to schedule.
• Track all expenditures and maintain financial control.
• Lead project meetings and resolve field-level issues.
• Ensure compliance with corporate quality standards.
