Kyuden Energy Partners Corporation (KEPC) is seeking a Senior Operations Project Manager to lead large-scale data center campus projects from planning through turnover at the Monarch Cloud Campus, north of Point Pleasant, WV. The role requires coordinating cross-functional teams and managing scope, schedule, budget, safety and quality in a 24/7 mission-critical environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related discipline.
• Minimum eight (8) years of experience in power generation plants, data center operations, and/or infrastructure program management.
• Must have well-developed budgeting, reporting, and monitoring skills.

Responsibilities

• Align with Operations Directors to develop, manage, and drive results for strategic business operations program execution, planning, scheduling, budgeting, and reporting targets.
• Understand all contractual obligations and deliverables, and ensure KEPC and Owner meet them.
• Identify risks related to scheduling, permitting, and environmental constraints and implement mitigation strategies.
• Support resource planning and workload balancing across active programs to ensure scope, schedule, quality, and contract requirements.
• Provide strategic support and liaison among internal teams, external consultants, agencies, and vendors to ensure clear communication and successful project execution.
